Last week we had an exciting session of our 'Your Scaling - Masterclass' series. During the December edition, Joan Carette and Philippe De Prez from Simont Braun spoke about the regulatory landscape in Fintech, with a particular emphasis on the upcoming EU regulatory changes. Joan and Philippe discussed the success of Psd. 2, and the impending changes with Psd. 3 and the Psr, and the integration of payment services and e-money into the same instruments. They also explored the potential business opportunities offered by open banking and the impact of the Consumer Credit Directive on the business model of buy now, pay later schemes.
