Stockholm Fintech Week 2026

It was a pleasure to attend Stockholm Fintech Week and spend time with a community that continues to play an important role in shaping financial innovation across the Nordics.

What stood out was the event’s clear focus on meaningful engagement rather than volume alone. The 2026 edition was positioned around deeper learning, stronger relationships and more thoughtful dialogue, and that came through in both the format and the conversations.

The programme brought together founders, financial institutions, investors, regulators and other ecosystem players, with sessions across themes such as AI-native finance, instant finance and payments, platform-driven finance and democratization of wealth.

For The Connector, these kinds of gatherings matter because they create the space for relevant cross-border conversations - not only about innovation itself, but about how different parts of the market can work together more effectively.
